Elements of The Well

Surrender in the context of Becoming A Well is yielding your identity as an independent source, becoming a Consecrated Vessel that receives the life of God, and being Transformed into a living well that Overflows in Continual Worship.

True Obedience to God is impossible without Surrender. The Human will is naturally self-directed and apart from God, our hearts reject Him. Without Surrender, Obedience isn’t merely difficult — it is impossible.

Sacrifice is the willing Surrender of either your will, desire and/or possession that competes with Gods authority, in order to remain in alignment with Him.

The Scripture in 1 Samuel 15:22 that says “To obey is better than sacrifice…” never meant that Obedience replaced Sacrifice entirely. In context, God does not want ritual Sacrifice without Obedience. True Obedience will always involve a deeper, ongoing Sacrifice of ones will.
